These terms set out how bookings, treatments and use of our website work. We have kept them as clear and fair as possible — please read them before your first visit.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of massagpulse.com and the massage services provided by MassagPulse. By using our website, making a booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
MassagPulse provides professional, non-medical massage treatments for relaxation and general wellbeing, including Italian body massage, full body massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, head, neck and shoulder massage, and foot reflexology. Treatment descriptions on our website are a general guide; your therapist may adapt techniques to suit your needs and safety.
Bookings can be requested through our website, by phone or by email. A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm the date, time, treatment and, where requested, therapist preference. We will always try to honour therapist preferences, but if your preferred therapist is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative time rather than substitute without asking.
Before your treatment you will be asked about your health. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including any injuries, medical conditions, medication, allergies or pregnancy. We may adapt, shorten or decline a treatment if we believe it could be unsafe. If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, please seek advice from your doctor before booking.
All treatments at MassagPulse are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Guests remain appropriately draped throughout every session. Any inappropriate behaviour, language or request toward a therapist or staff member will result in the session being ended immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you your full treatment, but your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest. In this case the full price of the booked session remains payable.
Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due at the end of your session unless you are using a package or gift voucher. We accept cash, debit and credit cards and popular mobile wallet payments. We may change our prices from time to time, but the price confirmed at booking will be honoured.
Packages and gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated, are non-transferable for cash and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Package sessions must be booked in advance in the usual way.
Cancellations and changes are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Please keep valuables with you or in the space provided in your treatment room. While we take reasonable care, MassagPulse cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use automated tools to scrape its content. All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to MassagPulse or are used under licence and may not be copied without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, MassagPulse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any reaction or injury resulting from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by a guest. Our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the price paid for that treatment.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to bookings made after the update. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where MassagPulse is registered, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
