A complete head-to-toe treatment that balances deep relaxation with focused work wherever you hold tension. The all-rounder our therapists recommend most — and the easiest way to feel like yourself again.
Every area is included as standard. Tell us if you would like to skip any part — for example the face, feet or abdomen — and your therapist will spend that time elsewhere.
Scalp & face
Slow scalp massage and light pressure around the temples, jaw and brow to release tension you don’t notice until it’s gone.
Neck & shoulders
Careful work on the upper back, the tops of the shoulders and the base of the skull — the classic desk-worker hotspot.
Back & spine
Long strokes and kneading along the muscles either side of the spine, with extra attention on the lower back and hips.
Arms & hands
Forearms, wrists and palms — easily forgotten, but often tight from typing, phone use, driving or lifting.
Legs & feet
Calves, hamstrings, thighs and a thorough foot massage to finish, so you leave feeling grounded and light.
Two ways to enjoy it
Relax mode or focus mode — you decide
Relax mode
Even, flowing pressure across the whole body with no single area dominating. Perfect when the aim is to unwind, sleep better or simply switch off for an hour.
Mostly light to medium pressure
Long, rhythmic strokes throughout
Ideal for stress and tiredness
Focus mode
Your therapist still covers the full body but spends a third of the session on the two or three areas that bother you most, using firmer, slower techniques.
Medium to firm pressure where needed
Extra time on shoulders, back or legs
Ideal for stiffness and recovery
Before your session
Getting the most from your massage
01
Eat lightly — a heavy meal just before a massage can make lying face-down uncomfortable.
02
Arrive ten minutes early so you are not rushing straight from the road onto the table.
03
Mention injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or allergies when you book.
04
Switch your phone to silent and leave the day outside the door.
After your session
Helping the effects last longer
05
Drink a couple of glasses of water over the next few hours.
06
Take it slowly when you stand up — your blood pressure may be a little lower than usual.
07
A warm shower or bath that evening helps muscles stay relaxed.
08
Mild tenderness after firmer work is normal and usually fades within a day.
60 minutes covers the whole body at a steady pace. 90 minutes allows extra time on problem areas and is our most popular choice. 120 minutes is ideal if you want both deep relaxation and focused work.
Yes. You can request firm pressure at booking or at any time during the session. For very deep work throughout, a Deep Tissue Massage may suit you better.
