Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026  ·  Last updated: 1 October 2026

Your privacy matters to us as much as your comfort. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how MassagPulse (“MassagPulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit massagpulse.com, contact us, or book and receive a massage treatment. MassagPulse is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, please contact us at contact@massagpulse.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that we need to run our studio, provide safe treatments and respond to you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
  • Booking details — your chosen treatment, session length, preferred date and time, and therapist preference.
  • Health and comfort information — information you choose to share about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or areas to avoid, so that we can treat you safely.
  • Payment information — the amount paid and payment method. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, phone or through our website forms.
  • Technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and process booking requests
  • Confirm, remind you about, reschedule or cancel appointments
  • Tailor each treatment safely to your needs and preferences
  • Process payments, packages and gift vouchers
  • Keep our website secure, prevent spam and improve how it works
  • Meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Health information

Information about your health is especially sensitive. We only ask for what is needed to deliver a safe massage, we use it only for that purpose, and access is limited to your therapist and the staff who manage your booking. You may choose not to share certain information, but this may mean we need to adapt or decline a treatment for your safety.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process your information because it is necessary to provide the service you have requested, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, because you have given consent (for example, when you share health information or opt in to occasional updates), or because we are required to do so by law.

6. Sharing your information

We share personal information only where necessary, with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, form and email services, and payment processors
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, where required
  • Authorities, if we are legally required to do so or need to protect the safety of our guests and staff

All service providers are expected to keep your information secure and use it only on our instructions.

7. How long we keep information

We keep booking and contact records for as long as you remain a guest and for up to two years after your last visit, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal reasons. Health notes are kept only as long as they are useful for your treatments. Website enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months.

8. Keeping your information secure

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls, regularly updated software and limited staff access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will act promptly if a security issue occurs.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information where we no longer need it
  • Withdraw consent you have given at any time
  • Object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information

To make a request, email contact@massagpulse.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to function properly and to understand how it is used. You can find full details, and how to control them, in our Cookie Policy.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults. Guests under 18 may only receive treatment with the written consent and presence of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children through our website.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
